Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Level: Management Staff

Area: Metro Manila

Reports to: Head of Customer Service Relation

I. General Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is tasked to perform a variety of administrative and sales support duties, which include, amongst others, assisting the company in its daily sales support requirements, managing the company's general administrative activities and providing support to his/her supervisors.

II. Detailed Function

  1. Attend to incoming calls, facsimiles and physical & electronic correspondences promptly.

  2. Use good judgement to prioritize the dissemination of messages in a timely manner, including screening calls for superiors.

  3. Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and suppliers.

  4. Attend to client requests & requirements.

  5. Inform Account Executives (AEs) & management regarding any client update or concern.

  6. Coordinate meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.

  7. Prepare and maintain internal & external documents.

  8. Responsible for data entry and maintenance.

  9. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for various documents.

  10. Responsible for issuing check vouchers and check payments for disbursements.

  11. Responsible for managing the petty cash, its withdrawal, distribution and monitoring.

  12. Prepare, reconcile and submit expense & liquidation reports.

  13. Responsible for preparing billing statements for clients.

  14. Prepare purchase orders for requisitions.

  15. Sourcing of suppliers and canvassing items for requisition.

  16. Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.

  17. Responsible for keeping inventory & replenishing all office supplies as needed.

  18. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying of documents.

  19. Assist in resolving any administrative and customer related concern.

  20. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

III. Job Qualifications

  1. Existing working knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  2. Strong administrative & organizational skills

  3. Attention to detail

  4. Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person

  5. Ability to multi-task

  6. Strong sense of urgency

  7. Possess problem solving skills and ability to generate positive impact solutions

  8. Maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

  9. Can work with minimum supervision

  10. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration

  11. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
