We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Technician/ Rider / Helper to join our team at Thinq Electronics Service Center in Pulilan Bulacan (STAY IN) and will temporarily train in Balagtas Bulacan. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support and services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist senior technicians in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of electronic devices
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on various electronic products
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all repair work
  • Ensure the workshop and tools are well-organised and maintained
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

What we're looking for

  • Relevant technical or vocational training in electronics or a related field
  • Some experience in electronic repair and troubleshooting, preferably in a customer-facing environment
