Job Description

As a HubSpot CMS Developer, you will build and maintain high-performing websites and landing pages using HubSpot CMS. You'll translate Figma designs into responsive pages, customize themes and modules, and ensure websites meet performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.

Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM NZ | Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional development experience
  • Proven, recent experience developing websites using HubSpot CMS
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL
  • Experience translating Figma designs into responsive web pages
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve front-end and CMS-related issues
  • Familiarity with Claude Code
  • Experience using Bolt or Replit in development workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices within CMS environments
  • Experience working with marketing teams and CMS-driven content

Your Daily Tasks

  • Website Development: Build, customize, and maintain websites and landing pages using HubSpot CMS
  • Design Translation: Convert Figma designs into responsive, high-quality web pages
  • Theme & Module Customization: Develop and customize HubSpot themes, templates, modules, and components
  • Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve website issues across browsers and devices
  • Performance & SEO: Ensure sites follow best practices for performance, accessibility, and SEO
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time
  • Code Quality: Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
