Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or any related course.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages Timely delivery of Projects of the company within specified budget and scope.
  • Manages the Budget, Cost and Specifications of Projects
  • Coordinates with internal and External team Members including suppliers and partners.
  • Documents all phases of the Project Deployment using PID (Project Implementation Document)
  • Adherence to PID updates including but not limited to the updates of Timeline, Variation, Minutes of Meeting, Incident reporting, etc..
  • Document all meetings and discussion through a properly documented Minates of Meetings Issues a Weekly Project Progress report to Stakeholders (Internal and External)
  • Conducts Regular and Spot Audits to Project Site and Generate Reports and performance of PIC and his/her team.
  • Motivates and Enables Team Members to perform
  • Trouble shoots and rectifies Project Problems
  • Provide Mitigations and Solutions on problems and challenges timely.
  • May be required to take part on early client engagement for proper project scoping, whereby he/she may be required to assist in the creation of proposal, survey, resource plan and implementation plan, including related cost estimates.
  • Maintain client/customer satisfaction and wellbeing by being responsive and careful in all communication

Special Instructions:

  • Validates projects scope, bill of materials through an ocular inspection prior to mobilization. Ensuring that no excess or non-essential materials are delivered on site.
  • Responsible on the compliance of the project team for policy adherence (e.g. Log-in and Log-out Policy).
  • Coordinates and manage assigned PIC that proper resources are provided to meet the target accomplishment of the project.
  • Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the VP-Technical Operations or the Management.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Saturday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
