Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Support chefs and cooks with meal prep, ingredient stocking, and dish execution
Requirements:
- With experience in a kitchen or restaurant is required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
