Aesthetic Trainer

Position Summary

The Aesthetic Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in medical aesthetics, including procedures, products, and equipment. This role ensures that healthcare professionals, aestheticians, and clinic staff are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills needed to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and conduct training sessions on aesthetic procedures, technologies, and products.
• Provide hands-on clinical demonstrations, workshops, and competency assessments.
• Develop educational content, training manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Stay current on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory standards in aesthetics.
• Collaborate with medical directors, product specialists, and sales teams to align training with clinical and business objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on participant feedback and outcomes.
• Mentor and support staff to ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed medical professional (RN, NP, PA, MD/DO) or certified aesthetic practitioner strongly preferred.
• Formal training and hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation).
• Prior experience in education, training, or mentoring within the medical aesthetics industry preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training for various learning styles and professional backgrounds.
