Job Summary:

Provides overall direction, supervision, and technical support to engineering staff to effectively and efficiently deliver their function as a support system to the whole plant operations.

  • Ensure the timely, effective, and efficient performance and implementation of engineering plans and schedules.

  • Ensure the effective implementation of Annual Preventive Maintenance Program of all machines, equipment, HVAC System, Water System, Utilities, Electrical System, Building and Facilities, and other plant-wide related utilities.

  • Evaluate the state and condition of plant facilities and machinery. Recommend any improvements or modifications to maintain their best operating conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

  • Has at least 5 years of working experience in engineering-related maintenance works in a manufacturing company

  • Well-equipped in the operation and preventive maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery, HVAC system, Boiler, Raw Water, Purified Water Treatment Plant, Distillation Plant, Waste Water Plant, Generators, etc.

  • Has strong knowledge of Good Engineering Practices

  • Has good managerial and leadership skills to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and manage resources efficiently

  • Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in AUTOCAD

  • Must be willing to work in San Pablo City, Laguna ( Dormitory facility is available)
