About our client:A leading EPC services company supporting industrial facilities. Work Arrangements:Onsite with regular working hours in Alabang, Muntinlupa, including 1 day of work from home. Candidates should be willing to visit clients as needed.

Shuttle service is provided within the Alabang area. Qualifications:Graduates of BS Chemical Engineering or related fields (licensed or non-licensed, with relevant experience).8-14 years of experience for Lead Engineer roles. Minimum 4 years of experience for mid-level engineers.

Strong background in process engineering design, especially in oil & gas or related industries. Experience acting as Project Lead Engineer for medium to large-scale projects, responsible for project execution plans. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Job Description:Implement training plans to develop technical skills of subordinates. Occasionally serve as a Technical Auditor.

Negotiate and coordinate with clients on project contracts, requirements, standards, and applications. Lead negotiations during project kick-off meetings to establish clear project parameters. Demonstrate leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Prepare process flow diagrams, utility flow diagrams, piping and instrument diagrams. Perform heat and material balance calculations, hydraulic calculations. Conduct equipment sizing and rating.
