About the role

As a Cashier at Good Pastry Café, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient and accurate transactions at the cash register. This contract position is based in BF Homes Paranaque City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, credit/debit cards and mobile payments
  3. Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked cash counter area
  4. Providing information about products and services to customers
  5. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  6. Reconciling cash drawers and preparing end-of-day reports
  7. Supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role
  2. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  6. Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
