We are looking for a Foreman - Technician who will lead and supervise technicians in daily operations. The role involves ensuring quality workmanship, proper executions of tasks, and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide technicians on site/workshop.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality of work.
- Coordinate with management for project updates and manpower requirements.
- Ensure safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
Qualifications:
- With experience in supervising or leading a team
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
