Civilian Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Civilian Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, employees, and visitors. This role involves monitoring and patrolling the premises, managing access control, checking and logging all incoming and outgoing vehicles, and verifying gate passes for outgoing products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Surveillance and Monitoring: Regularly patrol the premises to monitor for suspicious activity, security breaches, and safety hazards.

· Access Control: Manage the entry and exit points of the premises. Verify the identity of employees, visitors, and contractors. Issue and manage visitor passes.

· Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents. Provide assistance and support during emergencies, including administering basic first aid if required.

· Report Writing: Document and report any incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and observations.

· Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and information. Ensure a welcoming and secure environment.

· Enforcement: Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

· Gate Pass Verification: Check all outgoing products or equipment to ensure they have the appropriate gate pass. Verify the accuracy and validity of the gate passes.

· Vehicle Logging: Check and log all incoming and outgoing vehicles within the company premises. Ensure that all vehicle entries and exits are recorded accurately.

Qualifications:

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification in security or related fields is preferred.

· Experience: Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.

· Skills:

· Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

· Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.

· Proficiency with security technology and equipment.

· Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

· Physically fit to perform duties that may require lifting, climbing, or running.

· Other Requirements:

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Clean criminal record.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment:

· Indoor and outdoor work environments with varying weather conditions.

· Exposure to potential security risks and the need to remain vigilant at all times.

· Shift-based work, with potential for long hours and overnight shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
