OBJECTIVE/S OF THE POSITION

• To provide strategic leadership for the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information; ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, while driving continuous improvement and innovation in financial processes and systems.
• To develop and execute financial policies, lead budgeting, provide strategic insights for decision-making, and ensure robust internal controls and compliance.
• To enhance the team's growth through development programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and future strategies.1
• To maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate financial information clearly and accurately

REQUIREMENTS

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Licensed CPA

Experience

• At least 5 – 7 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to drive results

and improve process.

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a focus on aligning

financial strategies with business objectives.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact

with senior management, stakeholders, and external auditors.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
