Job Purpose:

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of fleet of vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity. Conducts routine inspections, diagnoses mechanical issues, performs repairs, and maintains accurate records.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct routine inspections fleet vehicles.
  • Diagnose and engine systems, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and other - vehicle components.

  • Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid level checks.

  • Troubleshoot and repair vehicle malfunctions in a timely manner.

  • Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and tools. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with road service calls as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic or similar role.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Ability to perform various types of repairs.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license.

High School/ Technical school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
