Duties and responsibilities:

· Handles the day-to-day operations of clients including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and/or payroll processing.

· Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual compliance and reportorial requirements for SEC, Business Permits, Mayor's permit and other applicable regulatory bodies.

· Assists in the preparation of financial reports needed such as but not limited to cost summaries/analysis, budgets/forecasts, financial statements, etc.

· Prepares, monitoring and filing of all reportorial requirements for BIR on monthly, quarterly and annual taxes/clearances

· Preparation of cash position, bank recon and inventory

· Assists in preparing all documents and reports needed during statutory and other compliance audits.

· Performs special/ad hoc reports as required by the management.

Qualifications:

· Must be a Bachelor's degree in Accounting

· Minimum of at least 3 years experience in the related field

· Strong understanding of accounting principles.

· Experience in handling and dealing with BIR and government agencies

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
