QUALIFICATIONS:

  • May interest o karanasan sa natural farming / organic farming
  • Marunong at kayang mamuhay off-grid (halimbawa -paggamit ng solar power, simpleng pamumuhay)
  • Responsable, mapagkakatiwalaan, at marunong makisama

Mga Tungkulin:

  • Pag-aalaga at pagpapanatili ng paligid (hardin, taniman, at bakuran)
  • Pagbabantay sa lugar upang masiguro ang kalinisan at seguridad
  • Simpleng pagkukumpuni o maintenance kung kinakailangan
  • Pagtutulungan sa pagpapaunlad ng natural farming practices
  • Pagtiyak na maayos ang paggamit ng mga kagamitan (tulad ng solar system, tubig, at iba pa).
