JOB SUMMARY

Manage product development from risk assessment, shipment and improvement planning. Support superior for the smooth product development. Prepares all requirements and documents needed during prototyping and evaluations and HVM endorsement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in product risk assessment, prepares analysis and present risk assessment and mitigation plan to manager.
  • Collaborate with engineering team for the DOE and optimization planning.
  • Prepares documentation for the materials and production requirements of the new product.
  • Actively discuss with QA team the product test and quality based from customer requirements and past issues.
  • Propose process flow and best machine selection, prepares instructions and monitor executions.
  • Summarize inline and evaluation results timely, select best conditions to be used for the shippable lots. Do verification and standardizations.
  • Attend to critical process optimization and analyze factors affecting product quality and performance.
  • Propose non standard tool specifications to achieve better results and reduce multiple product build.
  • Propose CPK improvement related to product IPP and electrical performance
  • Summarize FAI results, creates material and present shipping risk assessment to Quality Division Manager.
  • Summarize new product results and improvement plans after first shipment.
  • Understands the defect modes and participate on the yield improvement discussions.
  • Monitor project owned budget adherence by securing approval for all evaluation costs, including individual lot inputs, new tools, and other expenses.
  • Support the overall HVM Readiness Plan and align with other section for the target and schudule.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Engineering Graduate (BSECE, BSChE, BSIE, BSMetE, BSME,)
  • Minimum 3-years work experience related to semiconductor industry.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
  • Willing to work onsite.
