We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Helper to assist drivers in the loading, transporting, and delivery of goods to customers in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate is physically fit, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle.
  • Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Verify delivery contents and ensure accurate delivery to the correct address.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing a positive delivery experience.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during transport and delivery.
  • Help navigate routes and monitor traffic to support timely deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
  • Assist with paperwork, such as delivery confirmations or logs.
  • Report any delivery issues or vehicle problems to the driver or supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in delivery or warehousing is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Work involves frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of heavy loads.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions while making deliveries.
  • May be required to wear a uniform or safety gear depending on company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 3 days

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
