Position Title: IT Programmer / Web Developer

Job Summary:

The IT Programmer (Web Developer) is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining websites and web applications that meet business and user needs. This role involves both front-end and back-end development, ensuring high performance, security, and usability. The programmer will work closely with other departments to create digital solutions that enhance the company's online presence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or other relevant technologies.

Develop and maintain databases, APIs, and integrations as required.

Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and security.

Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and user experience.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to implement functional and visually appealing features.

Maintain website security protocols, perform regular updates, and back up files.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for internal systems.

Prepare documentation and training materials for developed applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Web Developer, Programmer, or similar role.

Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (PHP, Python, , etc.).

Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Familiarity with frameworks and CMS platforms (WordPress, Laravel, React, Angular, etc.).

Knowledge of web security best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
