  • Proven experience in construction project cost management
  • Experience with infrastructure or building projects (preferred)

  • Experience in Cutting Lists.

  • **Required Skills:**

  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards

  • Understanding of contract administration and procurement processes

  • **Work Eligibility:**

  • Must be legally authorised to work in the Philippines

  • Can work multitask and Can work under pressure.

  • **Professional Qualifications:**

  • PRC licence in Civil Engineering or related field (advantage)
