Job Summary

The Cashier is responsible for managing daily cash transactions, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records within the warehouse. This role ensures smooth payment operations while supporting inventory and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
  • Validates invoices released /delivered items and Acknowledgment Receipts issued by delivery.
  • Receives and validate payment collected by delivery personnel at the end of the day
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for verification of goods released versus payments received.
  • Reconcile daily cash collections with sales and delivery records.
  • Prepares Daily Delivered Collection Remittance report from delivery within the day and submit to the accounting department.
  • Issue receipts, return slip and credit memo.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, cash-handling procedures, and security protocols.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing invoices and payment records.
  • Assist in stock counting or basic warehouse duties when required.
  • Petty Cash monitoring and validation of receipts for reimbursement.
  • Maintain organized records of cash transactions and PCF.

Experience:
