Job Overview

This position requires effective administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within the company's organization. He overseas day-to-day operation and is to balance costs with revenue to achieve the highest net operating profit possible. His role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization to improve its quality, productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Preferably in Medical or Health related course.
• Willing to be assigned in different areas nationwide
• Promote and sell medical products to doctors and hospitals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct product training sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledgeable in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• With Drivers License and Passport
• Salary range PhP 20, ,000 (With PRC or ANY CERTIFICATION to RELATED FIELD)
• Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday (if needed)
• CAN START ASAP

Responsibilities

• Checking of warehouse inventory, with monthly reporting of summary of stocks on hand, to ensure accuracy of product inventories against system records.
• Preparation of Purchase Order for Suppliers, and encoding to ERP System.
• Monitoring of shipment and Receiving of Goods.
• Observes proper stocking and safekeeping of products to maintain the quality of goods in order to prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents, and occupational hazards.
• Effectively monitors flow of goods and implements First-In-First-Out (FIFO) Method in dispatching of goods
• Preparation of Sales Order, documentation of Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipts (SI & DR), and Dispatching.
• Ensures the proper encoding of Sales in ERP System and consignment report based on the customer orders.
• Ensures that products are delivered within agreed time commitment
• Maintains inventory controls by recording amounts of products received or distributed through excel and ERP System.
• Coordinates with the Manager the maintaining minimum and maximum level of goods in storage based on the market demand and sales forecast and planning for the next three (3) Months rolling.

Skills

• Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT.
• Knowledge of using ERP System.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with the medical equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
