Responsibilities:
Operate skid loader (skid steer) to move soil, sand, gravel, and other materials.
Assist in site preparation, backfilling, and material handling activities.
Conduct daily inspection and preventive maintenance of the equipment.
Ensure safe operation and adherence to company safety standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and laborers for daily work instructions.
Report any mechanical problems or damages to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
At least High School graduate (Vocational or TESDA-certified Heavy Equipment Operator preferred).
With TESDA NC II – Skid Loader Operator or equivalent certification.
Minimum 2 years of experience operating a skid loader in construction projects.
Must have a valid driver's license (Restriction 8 or appropriate for heavy equipment).
Knowledge of basic machine troubleshooting and safety procedures.
Physically fit and willing to be assigned at various project sites.
