Job Description
As a Team Lead in the Collections Department, you will guide and motivate a team to exceed performance targets, foster open communication, and deliver exceptional results. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, ensuring compliance, and leading with integrity.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (Training: 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday-Friday for 6 weeks)
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: PHP 60,000 with up to 20K performance-based incentives

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leader
- Proven background in a BPO environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership that influences and inspires
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and decision-making in fast-paced settings
- Highly organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented
- A team player with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Your Daily Tasks
- Foster a culture of open, honest, and transparent communication
- Set clear goals and expectations for your team
- Motivate and drive the team toward monthly targets
- Serve as the point of support for team challenges
- Lead coaching sessions and conduct team meetings
- Monitor team performance, manage underperformance, and report on KPI metrics
- Audit customer accounts to ensure accuracy in processing and task completion
