Leadman Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

· Provide assistance through replacement of shock absorbers, checks and balances wheels, and checks for proper tire alignment based on job orders

· Overhauls, repairs, and/or replaces other mechanical parts such as steering and brake systems.

· Uses diagnostic equipment as an aid in locating vehicle defects

· Performs work on all automotive and related equipment such as servicing, installing batteries and terminals, repairing and adjusting lights, repairing generators and starters.

· Performs tune-ups on vehicles.

· Road tests vehicles to locate operational defects prior to returning to active use.

· Performs emission control repair, replacement, and testing on all required vehicles.

· Overhaul and repair engine and transmission on gas and diesel equipment.

· Assist in recue and outside service to customers.

· Answer customer complaints related to technical terms.

· Performs diversified electrical work on all automotive and related equipment such as servicing, installing batteries and terminals, repairing and adjusting lights. Repairing generators and starters.

TEAMWORK AND LEADERSHIP

· Coordinates the activities and assign job orders to technicians.

· Inspect work performed by Automotive Mechanics to ensure shop standards have been met.

· Make exam and evaluation of assigned technicians.

· Create schedule of checklister, quick service and cleaners.

Worked with Technicians in terms of providing technical support

QUALIFICATIONS:

· The Leadman Technician must be a graduate on a TESDA-accredited vocational school and passed the Automotive Servicing NC II as Automotive Technician

· Must have a strong working knowledge in vehicle troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, proficiency in the use equipment and tools used in PMS/ repair, technical diagnostic skills.

· Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job which may include, but not limited to, lifting of heavy equipment, bending, etc., with strong interpersonal and customer communication skills.

· Must have 2 years of experience as Leadman Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
