Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor based in Zamboanga. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. The supervisor will also analyze operational processes, develop strategies for improvement, and communicate effectively with team members and other departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Proficiency in Operations and possessing Analytical Skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Relevant experience in the industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Zamboanga
