About the Role

We are building a pool of skilled freelance developers who can be quickly onboarded for upcoming projects involving Google Apps Script. This role is project-based and remote, and selected developers will be contacted once the project is confirmed. You will work on implementing scripts, features, and functions on the Google Workspace platform.

What You'll Do

  • Design Develop and enhance applications using Google Apps Script.
  • Implement script and automation solutions within Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Databases, etc.).
  • Build and customize user interfaces (sidebars, dialogs, add-ons) using HTML, CSS, and Apps Script HTML Service.
  • Translate requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate remotely with our team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Has experience in developing with Google Apps Script.
  • Proficient in JavaScript , with knowledge of HTML/CSS for front-end integration.
  • Solid understanding of automation principles and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot code efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Looker Studio (reporting and dashboards).
  • Knowledge of Cloud SQL and database integration.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery for data processing and analytics.
  • Advanced Google Sheets expertise (functions, data modeling).
  • Use version control practices (e.g., clasp) to manage script versions and collaborate effectively with the team.
