Cutter

A. Job Purpose

• To ensure fabrics are cut according to cutting orders, all items submitted for production cutting are completed in a timely manner, verify fabrics meet the quality required to produce products while focusing on maximizing use of fabrics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for marking and cutting of fabric.
• Responsible for providing estimate required for the purchase or use of fabrics.
• Responsible for replacement of cut goods if and when needed by sub contractors as a result of damaged fabric.
• Overseeing the performance of staff
• Responsible for training junior cutter in marking
• Responsible for cleanliness of area.
• Responsible for adhering to cutting forms schedule.
• Responsible for maximizing the usaege of fabric.
• Responsible for assigning and ensuring productivity of cutting team.
• Responsible for advising production supervisor of any discrepancies anomalies of cutting order prior to proceeding with cutting order.
• Ability to work with hand in hand with different team members.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education and Training

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a garment factory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
