Role Overview:

ProSource is looking for a Senior Engineer who can design, build, and scale an AI-driven lead generation system from the ground up. This person will architect workflows, integrate APIs, and create hundreds of AI-powered prospecting agents targeting different markets, industries, and geographies. You'll be responsible for building the machine that continuously sources, enriches, scores, and delivers high-quality leads into our CRM for our sales team to convert.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Build

  • Design and implement a scalable system that can manage hundreds of AI lead-gen agents.
  • Build integrations across tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clay, Zoho, etc.) using APIs.
  • Create central orchestration (Python, , or similar) to manage agent tasks.

Agent Development

  • Configure and deploy AI agents that can prospect, enrich, score, and outreach leads.
  • Set up inbox/domain rotation for large-scale outreach.
  • Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate tailored emails/LinkedIn messages.

Automation & Scaling

  • Implement robust workflows for data collection, enrichment, and deduplication.
  • Optimize for deliverability, compliance (unsubscribe, GDPR), and performance.
  • Build monitoring dashboards to track open rates, replies, booked calls.

Team Enablement

  • Train CSMs/BDMs to operate and manage campaigns.
  • Document processes for replicating and launching new agents by niche or geography.

Qualifications:

  • Strong coding background (Python, , or equivalent) for custom integrations.
  • Experience with API integrations (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Zoho).
  • Skilled with automation frameworks (Zapier, Make, Airflow, or custom schedulers).
  • Skilled with AI/LLM APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
  • Experience in email deliverability and inbox scaling (domain warm-up, rotation).
  • Knowledge of data pipelines & cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Strong systems thinking can build once and replicate at scale.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm PHT
