- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cookies, and cakes
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or specific product specifications
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and proofers
- Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures and baking times as needed
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of baked products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations
- Stock ingredients and monitor inventory levels; notify supervisor of shortages
- Assist in packaging and labeling finished products for display or delivery
- Rotate stock and ensure freshness of all baked goods
Job Type: Full-time
