Job Overview

The Data Configuration & Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the daily configuration, validation, and maintenance of CPV underlying data, including management of category trees and category attributes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage AI tools for product-related information queries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in e-commerce or relevant industries such as FMCG, electronics, fashion, home décor, or automotive/motorcycle parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily configuration and maintenance of CPV underlying data, including category trees and attributes.
  • Review, interpret, and apply established guidelines accurately.
  • Conduct product-related research using AI tools and other resources.
  • Utilize Excel and spreadsheet formulas to analyze and manage data efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all data management processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support category management and business operations.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills in day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for graduates from top universities (with academic credentials and degree certificates attached).
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce or industries such as FMCG, electronics, fashion, home décor, or automotive/motorcycle parts.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English (English proficiency certificate required).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and spreadsheet operations.
  • Experience using AI tools for product data analysis.
  • Must be flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to work onsite at the client's workplace (equipment provided).
  • Must apply for and use an Alilang intranet account for work access.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Background in brand or business management.

  • E-commerce-related experience is highly desirable.

· Dayshift, 9:30AM - 6:30PM, Manila Time
