Job Description:

  • Process and record investment transactions accurately into internal systems and external platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate booking, reporting, and settlement of trades and investments.
  • Maintain and organize investment documentation, ensuring timely submission and safekeeping of required materials.
  • Prepare funding, withdrawal, and transaction-related documents for mutual fund and other investment activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and verification of data inputs for fund valuation and reporting (e.g., NAVPU computation).
  • Monitor and reconcile transaction reports from external depositories and ensure consistency with internal records.
  • Track and process dividend declarations, corporate actions, and related compliance requirements.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of fund reports and publications.
  • Manage petty cash funds, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely replenishment.
  • Provide administrative support to the front office and assist with general office operations.
  • Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
  • At least 1 year related working experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with investment systems is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
