Sourcing Agent & Supply Chain Analyst (1688 Specialist)
We are a small consulting firm looking for a skilled Sourcing Agent & Supply Chain Analyst to manage product sourcing from China, supplier coordination, and supply chain data management. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel/VBA skills, experience with 1688 sourcing, and a focus on quality, reliability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Source products from 1688, including hats, toys, electronics, and other categories.
- Communicate with suppliers in Mandarin to negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times.
- Manage samples, quality control (QC), and shipping logistics for clients.
- Maintain a supplier database with prices, MOQs, lead times, and product specifications.
- Prepare cost breakdowns, including materials, shipping, and duties.
- Automate repetitive tasks in Excel using VBA/macros to streamline reporting and order tracking.
- Provide regular reports on supplier performance, lead times, and cost analysis.
Requirements:
- Filipino citizen (mandatory).
- Experience with sourcing on 1688.
- Fluent in Mandarin or proficient enough to negotiate with suppliers.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience coordinating shipping, QC, and sample management.
- Familiarity with creating supply chain dashboards or cost-tracking templates.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php Php300.00 per hour
