About the role

This is a full-time customer service role within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry, based in Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing high-quality call centre and customer service support to clients, handling both voice and non-voice interactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and responding to queries and concerns
  2. Handling email, chat and other digital customer communications
  3. Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions
  4. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  5. Contributing to a positive customer experience and building strong relationships
  6. Adhering to quality and performance standards set by the company

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer queries efficiently
  3. Familiarity with call centre or customer service operations and best practices
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software
  5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
