About the role
This is a full-time customer service role within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry, based in Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing high-quality call centre and customer service support to clients, handling both voice and non-voice interactions.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound customer calls and responding to queries and concerns
- Handling email, chat and other digital customer communications
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Contributing to a positive customer experience and building strong relationships
- Adhering to quality and performance standards set by the company
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer queries efficiently
- Familiarity with call centre or customer service operations and best practices
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
