As a
Business Solutions Associate
, you'll help drive the success of
exhibitions and trade shows
by building strong partnerships and creating opportunities for brands to grow. You'll work closely with teams across sales, marketing, and events to deliver meaningful collaborations and ensure every exhibitor and sponsor has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and reach out to potential
    exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
    .
  • Create and present
    event and sponsorship proposals
    that meet client goals.
  • Handle
    sales, contracts, and coordination
    with sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Support the
    event team
    in ensuring smooth setup and operations during the show.
  • Collaborate with
    marketing and production teams
    to deliver partner commitments.
  • Prepare simple
    reports and feedback summaries
    after each event.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Tourism, Entrepreneurship, HRM
    , or any related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a
    fast-paced events environment
  • Experience in
    sales, marketing, or client servicing
    is a plus
  • Interest in
    exhibitions and events
    is a must
