Job Title: Marketing Specialist Graphic Designer
Location: Onsite – JDN Square, Mandaue City, Cebu
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shift – Australian Business Hours)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist Graphic Designer to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This role is a unique blend of Social Media Marketing, Backend Admin and Graphic Design. You will work closely with our Australian real estate team to ensure smooth internal processes, new staff onboarding, and consistent brand presence across digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in both digital marketing and graphic design.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Able to schedule mock meta ad campaigns.

  • Able to write blogs for marketing purposes and real estate updates.

  • Familiarity with REA backend, Agentbox, and ActivePipe is highly regarded.

  • Ability to multitask and manage both operational and creative tasks independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Coordination

  • Use Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite products to create marketing collateral.

  • Produce and plan material for social networking sites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns via platforms like ActivePipe.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all content and communication.

  • Support agents with marketing material preparation (property brochures, listing updates, etc.).

Backend Support

  • Manage onboarding processes for new staff and agents, including:

o Setting up emails (Microsoft Exchange/Outlook)

o Access to platforms like Agentbox, ActivePipe, REA, Gsuite, etc.

  • Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate data entry across CRM and digital platforms.

  • Liaise with the Australian team to manage backend processes, internal documentation, and access control.
