What you'll be doing

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all farm/poultry operations
• Reporting any irregularities or problems to the farm management team in a timely manner
• Assisting with the implementation of safety protocols and procedures across the farm
• Supporting the overall productivity and profitability of the farm's operations

What we're looking for

• At least high school graduate
• Previous experience in a similar farm checker or agricultural operations role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with the farm management team
• Knowledge of relevant agricultural regulations and safety standards
• Willingness to work in an outdoor, hands-on farming environment
• Willing to stay in Batangas City and willing to travel
