Working with the IMS Manager to ensure that QMS, EMS, and CSR/RBA requirements are established, implemented, and maintained by standards.
Preparing the training presentation materials related to IMS Standards, quality, environmental and CSR/RBA policies and procedures.
Performing and maintaining quality, environmental and CSR/RBA audit activities, including environmental and RBA, through regular audits.
Monitoring and assisting with responses to audit findings identified by internal and external parties such as IQA, customers, third-party (ISO Certification Body), and audits to external providers.
Preparing, posting, and coordinating with all Department/Section heads on strategic plans or any suggestions identified for the continual improvement of the Hongtai management systems.
Attending necessary trainings and/or re-echoing training attended to all relevant departments/sections for the continual improvement of the system and processes.
Verifying the conformance of submitted RoHS-related documents, such as Material Test Reports, SDS, and Mill Certificates.
Preparing and providing RoHS-related documents or CHEMSHERPA requirements as requested by customers.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior, manager, or top management from time to time.
