Job Summary:

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing day-to-day human resources support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role ensures HR policies and processes are implemented effectively and supports overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Assist in employee relations concerns and help address workplace issues.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Coordinate training, engagement activities, and HR programs.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
