Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the ICI-College Communication Department Chair and Faculty.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Receives telephone and intercom messages.
  • Arranges schedules and appointments of the head.
  • Prepares consolidated reports of the unit/sub unit.
  • Keeps a calendar of Co and Extra-curricular activities.
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
  • Performs other task as assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of AB Communication, BSED Major in English or any 4 year College Course related to the position.
  • Have knowledge of MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT ETC.
  • Have knowledge in using Zoom and Google Meet and other basic computer programs.
  • Willing to teach some subjects
  • Can Start Asap

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php12,500.00 per month
