Batch Weighing Officer

• Running scheduled batch jobs, monitoring the dispensing process to ensure they are functioning correctly, accurately monitoring the measuring & weighing quantities of raw materials to the work order.
• Accurately entering data into the system and maintaining detailed records of all dispensing batches.
• Maintaining meticulous records of all materials used, including weights, lot numbers, and any other required information, to ensure traceability and compliance with the quality standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, regulations).
• Staging, transferring, and organizing weighed materials to production or storage areas.
• Adhering to strictly safety protocols and standard operating procedure (SOPs) to prevent cross-contamination, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Identifying & reporting any discrepancies in materials, equipment malfunction, or other issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborating with other departments or team members to ensure that all scheduled jobs run smoothly and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
