We are looking for someone to support our recruitment operations through high-volume dialing, data validation, and strategic outreach. This role is essential in maintaining the accuracy of our candidate database and building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Validation: Review, update, and enrich candidate records in the CRM, ensuring accuracy of contact and professional details for both active roles and market mapping
  • High-Volume Dialing: Make outbound calls to screen and qualify candidates for current job openings and future opportunities
  • Market Expansion Support: Help build candidate pipelines by validating data and conducting outreach from scratch or updating outdated records
  • Strategic RCC Support: Manage RCC cycle dialing to ensure a minimum number of candidate floats, allowing other team members to focus on deeper engagement

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a
  • high-volume dialing role
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Job Adder preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone presence
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Amenable to work onsite in Makati
  • Preferably with sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php27,500.00 per month
