Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Engineering course.
- At least 1 year of experience related to the position.
- Must be keen to details and can work under minimal supervision.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in SAP and Excel.
Job Description:
- Assist in Barge Receiving Operations
Supports barge unloading activities, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient receipt of products.
- Conduct Product Sounding
Performs sounding and measurement of storage tanks to verify product volumes before and after transfer.
- Process Incoming Tank Truck Deliveries
Ensures all delivery documents for incoming tank trucks are complete, accurate, and properly processed.
- Inspect and Verify Truck Compartments
Confirms that all truck compartments are properly sealed, intact, and secured prior to and after receiving products; conducts gauging as required.
- Monitor Loading Operations
Oversees product loading into tank truck lorries in coordination with the dispatcher, ensuring compliance with terminal procedures and safety standards.
- Perform Pre-Loading Inspections
Carries out pre-loading checks including safety inspection, T-Square, ATL (Automatic Tank Level) verification, and other required assessments.
- Handle Terminal Sealing Activities
Ensures proper application of terminal seals (filler & T-seal) and maintains documentation of all sealing activities.
