What You'll Be Doing

• Be Our Seafood Expert: Guide customers with confidence, answering questions about different fish, flavor profiles, and the best cooking methods.
• Showcase Your Skills: Expertly handle, fillet, and prepare a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood to customer specifications.
• Create a Stunning Display: Curate and maintain a pristine, appealing, and well-stocked seafood counter that showcases the quality of our products.
• Manage Freshness: Oversee seafood inventory, monitor quality, and ensure all products meet our high standards for freshness and safety.

You're a Perfect Fit If

• You have proven experience as a fishmonger or in a similar role handling fresh seafood.
• You possess excellent knife skills and can fillet and portion fish with precision and speed.
• You have a deep knowledge of different types of fish, shellfish, and their seasonality.
• You are passionate about customer service and enjoy sharing your expertise with shoppers.
• You have a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene.
