The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods to customers or clients along designated routes and schedules. This position ensures accurate deliveries, upholds the company's standards for safety and professionalism, and provides outstanding customer service while maintaining proper care of the delivery vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load, transport, and deliver products to customers or clients safely, on time, and in good condition.
  • Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning.
  • Plan and follow delivery routes efficiently, making adjustments for traffic or weather conditions when necessary.
  • Confirm delivery details, including addresses, quantities, and proof of delivery documentation.
  • Handle goods with care during loading, transportation, and unloading to avoid damage.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers, representing the company positively at all times.
  • Collect payments or obtain signatures as required and ensure all delivery records are completed accurately.
  • Report any vehicle issues, delays, or delivery challenges to supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company procedures during deliveries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall delivery operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Previous delivery or driving experience preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50-70klgs).
  • Familiarity with navigation tools and delivery routes.
  • Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.

Working Conditions

  • Work may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on delivery schedules.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions and lift or move heavy items.
  • Frequent driving, lifting, bending, and standing required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
