Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor health and medical care for employees
  • Manage health and safety concerns, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards
  • Lead and implement employee wellness programs to promote a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce
  • Maintain and update medical records and health documentation
  • Provide first-aid treatment and coordinate emergency response when necessary
  • Support HR and Safety initiatives aligned with company policies and government guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
  • Preferably with experience in occupational health, corporate setting, or clinic environment
  • Knowledgeable in government-mandated health programs (DOLE, OSH standards, etc.)
  • Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
  • Proactive, organized, and committed to employee welfare

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
