The CEM Consultant (Licensed Electrical Engineer) enhances customer satisfaction and service quality by integrating electrical engineering expertise with customer experience management. The role evaluates customer journeys across electrical systems, service requests, and projects, identifies service gaps, and recommends technical and process improvements. It provides guidance on electrical standards and system reliability while ensuring solutions align with customer needs. Working with cross-functional teams, the consultant supports project planning, analyzes technical and customer data, and prepares insights for leadership. The role also drives customer-centric practices by training technical teams and promoting a culture of service excellence.
The role requires a Licensed Electrical Engineer with experience in customer experience, service design, or process improvement. Candidates should have hands-on exposure to electrical systems and strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with CX tools, engineering software, and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking is preferred, along with experience in utilities, energy, construction, or related industries.
