JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible with preparation of leasing documents (proposals, memos, etc.)
  • Responsible for seeking follow-up to the tenants.
  • Monitors vacancies and expiration of leases.
  • Handles customer concerns and complaints.
  • Clerical works/Administrative works.
  • Update monthly reports.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Immediate Head.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Operates with initiative, commitment, strong work ethic & sense of urgency.
  • Required skill(s): MS office, with excellent MS Excel Skills and Computer savvy for working with numbers.
  • Creative, keen to details.
  • Logical and good in numbers or math.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Minimum supervision.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
