Job Title: Territory Sales Representative - Mindanao

Reports To: District Sales Supervisor

Office Location: Cebu City (Cogon Ramos, Cebu City)

Salary & Benefits:

● 15,000-17,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

● Graduate of any four year course with at least 2 years working experience and good track record in Sales

●With excellent communication skills both oral and written.

●Must be computer literate especially on excel and power point applications.

● Preferably with a professional driver's license and can speak local dialect.

Job Summary: The Teritory Sales Representative is primarily responsible in opening and developing accounts within the assigned territory and ensure delivery of all Majesty Pharma product lines. He is also tasked to accomplish other critical services like gathering competitive information on pricing, offtake, outsourcing, deals and discounts and make recommendations thereafter that will help improve Majesty Pharma business. The effectiveness of the Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is measured in terms of consistent achievement of the distribution (UBAs), sales, collection and merchandisign targets within the prescribed policies and procedures and his ability to provide the desired policies and procedures and his ability to provide the desired level of customer service expected by trade in the most efficient and effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  1. Identify prospective customers thru mapping , lead generation and conversion.

  2. Conduct Business Review (BR) in all accounts covered using the sales template of Majesty Pharma as reference.

  3. Submit Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) everytime a Business Review has been conducted during coverage.

  4. Work on the conversion of Majesty non-buying items into buying by customer.

  5. Provide assistance in the placement of new SKUs and monitoring of movements thereafter.

6.Ensures availability of all Majesty products lines in all covered outlets in the area .

  1. Maintains awareness of competitive products and developments in related area of market trends.

  2. Determines other sales and marketing development needs of the area and submits recommendations to the Filed Sales Head for approval and immediate action.

  3. Monitors competitors' activities and strategies and report thereafter to his/her superior

10.Consistently observes market dominance within the area.

  1. Establishes and maintains excellent PR to customers .

  2. Ensure accounts serviceability at all times

Collaboration: Coordinates with the Sales Admin and Planning Analyst/Customer Sales Representative : - Sales Coverage - Trade Development - Territorial Manaaement
