Senior Relationship Manager (VIP Accounts)

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing, tech-enabled logistics platform expanding across Southeast Asia. In the Philippines, the business is scaling its VIP account management and customer experience capabilities for high-value enterprise clients.

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to lead a team of account managers and executives, nurture VIP client relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to ensure exceptional service and revenue growth.

What You'll Own

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives to deliver world-class client service
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with VIP accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Use data analytics (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track account performance, identify trends, and drive action
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and retention initiatives

Who We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in B2B account management or relationship management, ideally in contract logistics, 3PL, or supply chain
  • Proven experience managing VIP or high-value client portfolios
  • Strong data literacy, with experience in reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards
  • Experienced in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (BGC + cross-office interaction)
