SCO Supervisor

Responsible for screening Store Consignor Demo applicants and ensures complete manning based on the required plantilla. Process Identification Cards and other Requirements including deployment to branches.

Responsibilities:

• Screens store consignor demo applicants, verifies pre-employment requirements submitted; prepares and distributes Entry Pass Identification Card.
• Conducts orientation for newly hired Sales Demo on the Company/Store/Department policies and procedures relative to store operations specifically on warehouse and demo personnel management prior deployment
• Creates and updates Table of Maintenance such as User access, Rates, Stores, Etc.
• Responds to queries relative to SCO System: i-time, Store consignor system, store consignor module
• Secures regular updates from Branch Store Consignor Office on the status of requisites for store opening.
• Prepares advisories to Store Consignors, Merchandising and Stores on: updated policies and procedures, new systems, 3Days Sale Schedule, Store Hours, Floating Sales Liquidation Schedule, Item pull-out, Etc.
• Prepares User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios for system developments or enhancements and actively participates to assure acceptability before approval to production.
• Ensure complete manning based required headcount.
• Checks compliance of Sales Demos to proper grooming and prescribed uniform.
• Investigate and reports violation committed by Sales Demos to their respective offices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar
• At least 1 year related work experience in supervisory role
• Critical thinker, above average communication and projected management skills
• Ability to work with multi-faceted teams
• Computer literate
